Elbers Hof - That's not just a load of fields somewhere between Uelzen and Hamburg. It's a matter of heart and soul. They grow vegetables and fruit to Demeter standards, and when the cows aren't nibbling at the grass, they give milk that's so fresh it's almost mooing itself. With their Biokiste, they turn the kitchens between Wolfsburg, Hanover, Braunschweig, Wendland, Walsrode, Lüneburg, Winsen and Hamburg into little organic paradises.
Hello dear country lovers and organic connoisseurs! Here at the agricultural marketing agency LAEND, we have completed an exciting project. Our client is the Demeter farm Elbers Hof - a pioneer in sustainable agriculture, whose concept we were allowed to bring into the digital space.
Elbers Hof is not only a farm, it is a concept of life. Located between Uelzen and Hamburg, the farm focuses on the biodynamic cultivation of vegetables and fruit as well as species-appropriate livestock farming. But that's not all. With their organic box, they reach customers in the cities of Wolfsburg, Hanover, Braunschweig, Wendland, Walsrode, Lüneburg, Winsen and Hamburg, bringing the country to the city.
Our task was to make Elbers Hof visible in the digital world and put their products in the right light. The challenge: to maintain authenticity without falling into old clichés.
First, we dedicated ourselves to creating an image film. Equipped with professional equipment and a lot of passion, we captured the daily life on Elber's farm: the lush green of the fields, the ripe fruit on the trees and the happy animals. Sound bites from the farmer and his employees give the film a personal touch and allow the viewer a glimpse into the heart of the farm. At the same time, our team devoted itself to image photography. Every single image is a tribute to life in the countryside, full of color and vibrancy. These images are more than just aesthetic, they tell stories and convey the values of Elbers Hof.
Elbers Hof stands for biodynamic cultivation, regionality and seasonality. Not only the products of our own farm, but also those of regional partners are distributed through the organic boxes. We have incorporated this concept of sustainability and quality into our work and now proudly present it in the digital world.
Overall, the project with Elbers Hof was an experience that enriched us as an agency. We are proud to have contributed to the visibility and appreciation of agriculture and sustainable food production. Because at the end of the day, it's not just about selling a product, it's also about conveying a message: For a healthier, fairer and more sustainable world.
